Down moud selection
When bending different thicknesses of metal sheet, only need to select fifferent size of "V" groove of bottom molds, the size of V groove should be 8-10 times than the thickness of metal sheet. For example, when bending 6mm sheet the 48-60mm V groove is required. This machine adopts hydraulic transmission, which is stable and easy to operation, the table is equiped with a mechanical deflection compensation mechanism it ensure a high accuracy over the entire bending length.
1. The machine adopts a steel plate welding structure with sufficient strength and rigidity. The hydraulic transmission ensures avoid serious overload accidents are caused due to changes sheet thickness or in-suitable of the V-groove of the down-moud. 2. Special designed mechanical stop inside the oil cylinder it ensure the repeated positioning accuracy of the slider to the bottom dead center, so as to ensure the consistency of the bending angle during mass production. 3．Complet annealing processing after machine frame welded to ensure that the machine does not deformation for a long time working. 4. The whole frame adopts sanding method to remove rust, and is coating with anti-rust paint.

The user only needs to input the compensation value according to the actual measured value of bended working piece, the compensation device will adjusting the compensation angel automaticly by the operating system, the digital operation greatly improves the bending accuracy.
The back gauge is driven by a servo motor through a synchronous belt and a synchronous wheel to drive the ball screw. The back gauge is supported by four linear guides. It has high repeated positioning accuracy, reliable structure, fast positioning speed, low noise and vibration, and high bearing capacity. The standard R-axis ascends and descends as a whole, which has a great advantage when bending complex workpieces, and it covers the transmission part with a safety cover, which is multi-effect.
The mould fixture adopts new type of two-stages fast mould clamper, this mould clamper designed with two-stage structure it can be proper fit with the shape of up-mould, it make clamping the up-mould automaticly become to a straight line. The mould clamper with handle open/close design, It make changing mould does’t require any tools, realized easy and fast to changing mould without turning any srews. The design of two-stages structure of the clamper except proper fitting with mould meanwhile have cared about safty when change the mould, its hook shape structure can hold the mould while the handle in open position, user can change the mould freely without worry it fall down from clamper.
